About

The founder of our company, Steven Spencer, comes from humble beginnings. Steve was in one of the first graduating classes from the Purdue Department of Building Construction and Contracting after it became accredited in 1979.

After graduating, he continued in the construction trades under the direct supervision of Joe Kelly with the J.R. Kelly Company. Upon Joe’s retirement, Steve assumed control of the company and built it’s current location. Over the next several decades Steve set off on his own path again…

Spencer Construction was founded by Steve and over the past several years has grown tremendously. We are very proud to learn from his experiences over the years and by how he always puts the client first.
